Member Driven Organization
- Some organizations are the "I pay you, you do something for me" type of club. Not so with NACYML, as we are all about active member participation and inclusion.
- NACYML members create the opportunity to network and share our gifts ~ and do what we as members discern is important and necessary for the field of Catholic Youth Ministry and for our membership as a whole. NACYML is and does what our members are and do.
- Members nominate and assist in the discernment of the NACYML Leadership Team.
- Members serve on the various committees that 'do the work of NACYML'.
- The quarterly newsletter is comprised of articles written by the NACYML membership.
- Members regularly submit information, articles, and resources for the 'members' section of the website.
- Currently, there over 650 leaders in youth and campus ministry who are driving this movement forward.
