NACYML, a service of the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry,
promotes the profession and practice of Catholic youth ministry. 
A Leadership Team—comprised of youth ministry leaders from diverse ministries and geographical regions—manages the Association. The Leadership Team, in collaboration with association membership, develops the goals and standard operating procedures for the organization from which programs and services are developed.
The NFCYM Board of Directors appointed an initial Leadership Team in January 2004. In April 2008, according to NACYML SOPs, the following team was discerned.
